The Police High Command says disciplinary action has been taken against the three police officers involved in the fiasco at the Marriott Resort when an American Tourist couple was allowed to beat up a uniformed police officer and then allowed to waltz out of the country without being charged.

Acting Commissioner of Police Hilroy Brandy said Wednesday that the investigation into the incident revealed that three officers failed to carry out their duties in how the matter was handled. He did not however speak to what the disciplinary actions against the other officers encompassed nor did he identify them.
