March 10th, 2016 — On Friday March 4, 2016, the Rotary Club of St Kitts interacted with final year students of the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) and the Washington Archibald High School (WAHS) in discussions on the preparation of students to face the world of work and the incorporation of high ethical standards in their way forward. This Vocational Services project formed part of the Rotary Club’s contribution for the month of Career Guidance and Orientation.

Talks were delivered on practical subjects such as Resume preparation, Interview techniques for the job, the critical significance of Punctuality. There were interactive and role playing models to help the students to learn to navigate the way forward for the tough world of finding and holding the appropriate job. A heavy emphasis on Ethics for the job and life in general was presented.
