Davis’ body found on dirt road in Dieppe Bay

THE Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has provided details in relations to the discovery of one of its own.
The body of Police Sergeant Dwight Davis was discovered yesterday (May 03).According to the force’s Public Relations Department, at around 7 a.m. yesterday, police received a report of a body found by two passers-by on a dirt road in the vicinity of the railway line in Dieppe Bay.
Several units responded, and upon arrival they found the lifeless body of Sergeant Davis “lying on the ground with what appeared to be several gunshot wounds.”Personnel from the Forensic Unit processed the scene and items of evidential value were taken into Police custody.
