  1. Colleagues should speak to their immediate manager about their desired interest.
  1. The “Colleague Transfer Request form” will need to be completed and can be collected from Human Resources or can be found in the following location: N:\Shared\HumanResources\Forms\Transfer RequestForm.docx
  1. The form must be filled out and given to your manager. Your manager will review with your Division Head.
  1. Your leader will have an open conversation giving feedback as to why they support or do not support your transfer.
  1. If approved for a transfer Human Resources will then “match” the colleague’s existing profile in Taleo to the desired job.
  1. Human Resources will then arrange for the scheduling of interviews with internal candidates and communicate the outcome of the job candidacy
