For the first time, Lake Health and Wellbeing will kick off the Sugar Mas 51 event lineup with a panel discussion and health expo on December 3, 2022.
The non-profit organization, known for its ‘You’re Sweet Enough’ campaign, will lead the conversation on “Reimagining Carnival: Creating a Healthy Drinking Culture’ and showcase vendors who produce and supply healthy lifestyle products and services.
This event will explore the impact of the overconsumption of alcohol and other unhealthy drinks during events like the carnival celebration and unpack the ways that Kittitians and Nevisians can change this culture and reduce the consumption of unhealthy beverages to improve their health, safety, and wellbeing.
