Basseterre, St. Kitts, 21st August, 2018 (MyVueNews.com) – The $18 million-dollar resurfacing of the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport runway begun last night, 20th August, 2018.
According to Don Boncamper, the chairman of the St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority, the runway improvement should resolve the many complaints received from pilots, as well as airlines operating here.
SCASPA Chairman Boncamper said, “The entire 8,250 feet of runway is being resurfaced over the next 90 days. Work will take place from 10 pm to 5 am. By 6 o’clock, the airport can be opened.
